Customer Review: Nice reprint
If you're looking at this, you probably know that this book is still a very valuable source of information on Jamaican orchids. This is a nice, amazingly inexpensive reprint of this essential work–ever so much cheaper and easier to get than finding one of the originals!The publisher has even taken care to print the captions accompanying the drawings on a separate leaf, rather than on the reverse of the drawings, so that there is no print showing through to mar the illustrations. Overall, a really nice job of reprinting. It would be even nicer if it were available in hardcover. A softcover, perfect bound book won't withstand too much use before it begins to show wear–but one could have it rebound.
